        Power Apps respects the Canvas App ‘Share’ privilege in Dataverse. A user will not be able to share canvas apps in an environment if they do not have a security role with the Canvas App Share privilege set to a value other than ‘None selected’. This Dataverse Canvas App Share privilege is also respected in the default environment.If you're an Environment Admin, Global admin, or Microsoft Power Platform admin, you can manage the apps created in your organization. Admins can do the following from the Power Platform admin center:

* Add or change the users with whom an app is shared

* Delete apps not currently in use

Manage Power Apps

1.Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.

2.In the navigation pane, select Environments, select an environment with resources, and then select the Power Apps resource.


3.Select an app to manage.



4.Select your desired action.


Manage app versions in Power Apps

    Select Apps from the solution explorer. Then select the app that you want to manage, or select Commands (…) next to the app name, and then select commands from the drop-down menu.


App details

        The Details option shows the owner of the app, when the app was created and last modified, app ID and license designation.



Restore an app

    A canvas app can have multiple versions. You can restore an app to an available published version.


To restore an app to a specific version:

Select Versions from the app details screen.



Select a version other than Live that you want to restore.

Select Ellipsis for versions..

Select Restore.




Select Ellipsis to publish restored version. for the restored version.

Select Publish this version.

Review the app preview and select Publish this version to confirm.
